You will need a valid library card with Anne Arundel County Public Library. You can register for a library card with some type of photo ID. It can be a state or international driver’s license or ID. As long as you live in Maryland, you can register for a free library card. The Maryland address does not need to be printed on the ID. You can show them an electronic or paper copy of mail like a utility bill, school correspondance, employment payment stub, etc. You may visit the pantry once per month, once per family.
