Women’s Care Mary’s Center is a nonprofit organization that has been operating to help women just like you for over 40 years. We’re here to get you the care and support you need. All of our services are provided free of charge, and our medical staff are caring, compassionate, and always nonjudgmental.
Abortion
Is abortion an option for me? What are the physical and emotional effects of abortion? How can I get an abortion at a low cost? What actually happens during an abortion?
Women’s Care Mary’s Center is here to answer all your questions. While we do not have the ability to provide abortions, we can perform your initial pregnancy test and ultrasound for free and get you all the information you need for your next steps.
What if I don’t want an abortion?
Often, college students feel that abortion is their only option when faced with an unexpected pregnancy. But there are actively 3 million undergrad students who are choosing to parent during college, and many millions more who have graduated successfully (Besides… did you know your pregnancy protects you under federal law from being hindered in your education?).
If you feel unsure about whether or not you want to have an abortion, we recommend making an appointment to get a free initial pregnancy test and ultrasound to determine where you are in your pregnancy so you talk with one of our nurses or sonographers about your options. Especially if you feel afraid or stuck, it helps to have concrete medical data and someone to talk to about moving forward.
